Reading, Learning, & Practice
This space is where I share some of what I am reading, learning, and sitting with as a therapist and how it quietly shapes the way I work. It is a side project rather than a complete or constantly updated record, and it cannot hold the full breadth of the training, consultation, study, and reflection that inform my practice. Therapy is not static, and neither am I. Ongoing learning is a core part of my responsibility as a therapist, and the books, research, and voices I engage with continue to influence how I think about care, nervous systems, relationships, power, and healing. I offer these reflections not as guidance or instruction, but as a transparent window into what feels alive in my thinking right now. My hope is that this space helps you sense how I work, what I value, and whether my approach may feel like a supportive fit for you. If you are already working with me, you might also find this space useful as a shared reference point, something we can return to or talk about together in session when it feels relevant. A brief note on process: As a dyslexic, neurodivergent writer, I use tools like ChatGPT to help organize and refine my drafts. This support allows my ideas to come through clearly and helps me work in alignment with how my mind functions
